Welcome to UnitingCare Community Options. At UnitingCare Community Options, we work in partnership with people who need support to maximise their health, wellbeing, and ability to live at home and participate in community life. We are auspiced by the Uniting Church and part of the UnitingCare network, which supports people throughout Australia. We provide a variety of services for people and their carers in the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne, including information, referral, practical assistance, planning, facilitation, and coordination of home and community supports. Our involvement may be short or long term. We value: People's Strengths, Community Inclusion, Right Relationships, Creativity and Innovation, Person-Centred Supports
   

In 2005, UnitingCare Community Options undertook an extensive round of consultations to develop its vision - A Good Life for All - and strategic directions for the next five years.

Over the last five years, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that our services and our philosophy reflect this vision. It is now time for us to review our vision and to plan for the next five years.As part of this review process, we would like to hear from you about how you see UCCO now and in the future. 

Your contribution is important to us; the information we gather will be used to guide us in setting UCCO’s strategic directions.
