A Good Life for All

UnitingCare Community Options supports older people, people with disabilities, and carers to live life at home in their community. Our services are available in Melbourne's Southeast.

Supporting Older People

Our programs have assisted older people in Melbourne’s east for over 22 years. We provide both short-term and longer-term support to help you remain independant and living at home.

Supporting People with Disabilities

We can provide support so that you or your family member can remain living at home. Our Zest program offers individualised services where you choose the services you need and when.

Supporting Carers

We provide a wide range of services to support carers in their caring roles. These services include respite, planning support, as well as information and referral services.

Our Vision

Our vision is for all people to be able to live good lives in the community.
